14 Junior Suites offer more space, a twin bedded room, sitting room and two marble bathrooms. All Suites have a dedicated fax machine. 13 Executive Suites have two bedrooms (one twin and one double) three marble bathrooms, a sitting room and dining area. 10 Royal Suites offer two twin bedded rooms, three marbled bathrooms with gold-plated fittings and a separate sitting room and dining area. 4 Grand Royal Suites enjoy a massive 2,690 square feet of living space. Four large meeting rooms are available at the Madina Oberoi with seating capacity from 30 to 400 persons, depending upon the seating configuration. Up to 600 can be accommodated for cocktails. A full range of audiovisual projection, recording and presentation equipment is available for hire. Internet, Interpreter, Secretarial Services, Courier Services, Photocopier, PC, Fax and Audiovisuals rental available.
Madina Oberoi is 45 minutes fro m Jeddah by air, 1hr 30 minutes from Gassim and 1hr 30 minutes from Riyadh.

Spa services are available from 8am till 12noon and from 5pm till 10pm at the guest floor level. Sole Therapy, Soothing Back Massage, Sports massage and Stress Relieving Massage offered.
